POR-15 Concrete Primer Sealer has been developed to function as a primer sealer on properly prepped concrete surfaces and act as a foundation for the Floor Armor topcoat. POR-15 Concrete Primer Sealer offers durability to any floor coating project with the convenience of a low VOC water-based system. The use of the POR-15 Concrete Primer Sealer brings the adhesion performance of the Floor Armor system to the next level.
